1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of organic and food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is missing items or incomplete

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used food items

• Perishable goods once delivered correctly

• Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Ecozabd customer support within 24 hours of delivery

2. Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the issue

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Ecozabd

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated time:

• Check with your bank or payment provider
